Saudi real estate developer Dar Global and the Trump Organization announced on Thursday that a Trump Tower is coming to Dubai, building on the former US president’s deepening business ties to the Gulf as he runs for reelection.

The two companies said in a joint statement that they will collaborate to establish Trump Tower Dubai, a development that will be located in a “prime location” within the United Arab Emirates’ largest city. The tower will include both hotel and residential units and the location and design will be unveiled by the end of 2024, according to the statement.

The Trump Organization is a conglomerate owned by Donald Trump. Dar Global, based in Dubai, is the international subsidiary of the Saudi real estate firm Dar Al Arkan.
